Who I am

Hi there! I'm Sara, a licensed pharmacist based in Italy, former competitive rhythmic gymnast, travel blogger and lifestyle content creator. My work brings together the parts of life I love most: discovering beautiful places, taking care of body and mind, expressing personal style, and sharing it all in a way that feels honest, feminine and real.

My professional background

Pharmacy gave me a strong foundation in science, patient care, medicine safety and attention to detail. When I write about health, I write for general education: clear explanations, practical cautions, and reminders about when a pharmacist, doctor or emergency service should be involved.

I do not publish personal diagnoses or replace medical consultations through this site. Health articles are reviewed from my perspective as a licensed pharmacist and are supported with sources from public-health bodies, clinical guidance or recognised medical organisations whenever the topic needs them.

My creator background

My journey has also been shaped by sport and travel. Rhythmic gymnastics taught me discipline, movement and a deep connection with fitness. Content creation gave me a way to turn travel, beauty, fashion, wellness and everyday inspiration into stories that feel personal rather than generic.
